The rate can be set as per the company requirement, and it can also be accessed on a real-time basis. The data is processed to trace the timing of making punch. The reports display the total hours worked, recess hours, and late coming. The regularity and punctuality of the staff can be maintained along with the integration of the modules such as ESS Portals and the peripheral equipment to record and store the data. The HR Software processes the data as per the employee department, shift and cadre, along with the geographical location of the workplace. This information can also serve as the basis of the policy building process. HR utilizes this data to see if the employees are facing a genuine problem in reaching the workplace, such as commuting issues. The computerized systems process the data with high accuracy, and the data can’t be overseen or neglected by the system due to a shortage of time or bias. The system also keeps in to account the pending leave and attendance data so as to see if the employee has applied for leave and his salary isn’t deducted as per the attendance policy applicable to that particular employee.

    Integration with other Modules of HR Software:


    The HR Software has multiple modules which are integrated with the attendance management system to make the Payroll Processing smooth and reduce the scope of errors. For instance, the integration of these modules helps the Software decided the current leave balance of the employee as per the leaves availed and applicable company policy. The system is also configured to make it mandatory to make an application before a defined period of time. The OT applications can also be created and processed by the HR Software, and thus, the salaries are released with zero chances of disputes and the friction regarding the remuneration is reduced to a great extent.

    So the use of the HR Software for employee timekeeping is very beneficial for the businesses, and the employees also need not care about their attendance records being appropriately maintained and fairly. As employers can rely on the automation, statutory compliance is also taken care of properly. Employee time management is also essential for the companies in the consultancy business where the staff works at the client location. They can punch from the client location and update their working hour details as the accessibility of the cloud-based HR Software is versatile for no device, time or geographical restrictions are applicable to the user.
