You don’t understand:
A leader never uses such a phrase, “You don’t understand”. The phrase simply refers to underestimating. And a leader never does that. Such a phrase is often used by arrogant people. No, it can bring some complexity in the relation between the employees and the leaders. And certainly, it isn’t desirable at all. Besides that, a leader must work with his team and underestimating or bullying a teammate is certainly bad for the team as well as the company. That’s why leaders never use such a phrase.
Can I?
Employees look upon the leader to gain confidence sometimes. A leader is an inspiration for the employees. But what is a leader who has a lack of confidence? That will be a big no-no. A leader must be confident always and keep faith in himself. “Can I” such phrase indicates the self-doubt. Which should be avoided all the way.
I did it:
A person who relies upon the team-work must not take all the credit. If anything goes wrong it is the responsibility of the whole team as well as the leader and the same in case of success appears. “I did it” such phrase refers to take all the credit of the team. And that should not be done at all. It is supposed to be “We did it”.
It’s too Difficult:
As mentioned earlier, a leader must be confident always and keep faith in himself. “It’s too difficult” this phrase will create fear among the employees about the work. Which won’t be a good sign for a team. That’s why a leader mustn’t say such a phrase. A leader should keep faith in his or her ability and move forward.
You don’t teach me:
