    Facebook is making people wealthy around the planet and is an entrepreneur’s dream when looking at the ability to target people according to many factors. It is reported that there were roughly 1.28 billion daily active users on Facebook for the month of March in 2017. It allows for many ways to create indirect and direct lead generation strategies.

    Lead Generation by Posting

    Posting directly to your audience or even doing an ad strategy based on lists you have researched using FB tools, is one of the best ways you can generate leads. When you do a post, it is best to have everything researched beforehand and you know that this post or ad is going to have some traction.

     

    When you put the ad or post out there, have it go directly to your landing page. This creates no delay or time for the user to get distracted. Then everything is left up to your landing page and the call to action for the best ROI. Another approach is to add links in your content or image captions that will send the user to the landing page as well.

    Events and Videos

    Facebook has many different tools and has quite an amazing reach to businesses and targeted populations. While organic reach on posts has gone down due to so much content in FB, organic traffic to videos has gone up. Facebook’s algorithm seems to favor videos more and this is a great way to get your information out to your niche audience.

     

    Another great option that FB allows for is to schedule events and send it out to all of your followers on an event page. This is a great way to schedule a webinar in order to get additional listings to send to your landing page.

    Linkedin to Gain More Leads

    Linkedin is a marvel in the business world with so many opportunities to network and find ways to communicate to potential clients. According to statistics, 80% of leads generated to B2B marketers from social media platforms comes from linkedin. With this data alone and so many businesses in one place, there is no reason to not try to crack the code for the best ROI on your time towards lead generation.

    Linkedin has a content publishing platform that can be a great asset to create and develop your audience. Whenever a post is submitted a notification goes out to all of your networks. When done on a consistent basis, this has the opportunity to constantly notify and ping new content or ideas to keep your network involved and easily accessible for better relationships.

    Using Linkedin Groups

    Groups can be one of the best ways to network and gain new audiences to establish relationships and gain new leads. While Facebook has many groups to choose from, LinkedIn has over 2 million groups and they are all business oriented in some fashion.

    When searching through the LinkedIn groups, it allows you to narrow down your parameters by relationship level, category, and language. Of course, you want to target groups that are associated with your goals but it is important to keep in mind that some groups are rather large which can be difficult to stand out from the crowd.

     

    It is better to pick a somewhat medium size group which is not too small and not too many people in order to get your voice heard. Also, another pro tip is LinkedIn gives an attribute in the search to present how active the group is and of course the more active the better. No one wants to be in a boring group.
