    Life is full of challenges. We are often able to get through these things with the help of those around us and the skills and strategies we have acquired throughout our lives. We know that early people get help, it is easier to overcome problems. This may seem obvious, but people often let their problems escalate before asking for help.

    So how do you decide when it might be time to seek professional help? We’ve developed some pointers to help guide you.

    The way you feel is on your way to the way you work daily
