    2. Matsyasana pose: This fish pose beats your irregular periods by stretching your abdominal muscles and relieves menstrual pain.
    3. Malasana: This forward bend pose activates and cleanse the digestive system, improves metabolism, corrects posture, provides maximum stretches to the groin, lowers back sacrum, and hips. 
    4. Dhanurasana: It strengthens abdominal muscles and stimulates reproductive organs. This asana is recommended for the management of neck pain, diabetes, and menstrual disorders.
    5. Utrasana: This camel posture stimulates thyroid glands, corrects posture, shapes up the body, relieves stress and improves digestion.

    1. Unripe papaya: Eating unripe papaya helps to contract uterine muscles. Regular consumption produces more heat in the body and stimulates estrogen hormone and normalize your mensuration process.   
    2. Pineapple: The enzyme bromelain in pineapple helps to reduce swelling, reduces blood clotting, generates red blood cells, and white blood cells thereby increasing the blood flow. 
    3. Ginger: Ginger is very helpful in regulating mensuration. To prepare this mixture, boil 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger in water, to this add little sugar and drink 3 times a day after meals. 
    4. Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera is the best-known home remedy to normalize your irregular periods. Take the gel or pulp from the aloe leaf and add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Drink this juice daily before breakfast.
    5. Turmeric: Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It helps in relieving mensuration problems. Add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric with milk or honey. Consume this till you see the improvement in your symptoms.
