Managing several Wildberries stores involves much more than switching between browser tabs. Each business needs clear ownership, the correct registration details, controlled staff access, and an organized place for its product files, reports, and daily work.

BitCloudPC provides remote Windows workspaces that can support this organization. Its documented features include configurable computing resources and team management. For an agency or seller group, assigning a workspace to each authorized business can help keep store operations separate. [1]

The foundation is still the seller account itself. A cloud computer does not change who owns a business or which registration requirements apply. This guide focuses on eligible seller businesses and authorized management of client stores, with practical steps for setting up workspaces and reducing everyday mistakes.

Understand when a separate seller account is appropriate

Start by distinguishing three things: a seller account, a staff login, and a cloud workspace. A seller account represents the business registered with Wildberries. Staff access allows a person to work within that business. A BitCloudPC workspace is the computer environment used to carry out the work.

Wildberries’ published beginner guide describes one seller account per INN, or taxpayer identification number. It also says that several seller accounts may use one phone number when their INNs differ. Check the current registration requirements for each business’s country before relying on this arrangement, because the guide is an introductory publication rather than a continuously updated country-specific contract. [2]

    For practical planning:

    • If employees need to help with one store, use authorized staff access.
    • If an agency manages existing client stores, ask each owner to grant access.
    • If another eligible business needs a seller account, complete the official registration process for that business.

A new brand or product category is a reason to review your organization; it does not automatically establish eligibility for another seller account. Resolve that question before paying for additional workspaces.

What BitCloudPC contributes to the workflow

BitCloudPC offers a Windows environment with configurable CPU, memory, storage, and networking. Its product page also describes employee management with hierarchical permissions. These features provide the technical basis for organizing remote work across businesses. [1]

The practical benefit is that a store can have a recognizable working environment containing its own browser session, catalog spreadsheets, product photographs, and operating documents. For example, an agency could reserve one workspace for a clothing client and another for a homeware client.

This is an organizational recommendation. Wildberries does not become a different service inside a cloud desktop, and separate computers do not guarantee approval or prevent account restrictions.

Step 1 Map each business and its access requirements

Before creating a CloudPC, prepare a simple account register. For each seller business, record its legal name, registration country, tax identifier, store name, owner, approved operators, and assigned workspace.

Also identify who controls the owner’s phone number and recovery email. Record contact responsibility without putting verification codes, passwords, or API tokens in the same spreadsheet.

Use descriptive workspace names such as WB_ClientA_Catalog or WB_ClientB_Operations. If a client has several workspaces, include the employee or purpose so that the names remain unambiguous.

Avoid creating more environments than the work requires. One well-managed workspace may be sufficient for a small operation. A larger team may need separate operator environments to preserve individual sessions and avoid conflicting edits.

Step 2 Create and configure the BitCloudPC workspace

Use the official BitCloudPC website and follow the vendor’s documented purchase flow:

    1. Download the official client and sign in.
    2. Complete the identity verification required before purchasing a CloudPC.
    3. Open the CloudPC section and choose Purchase CloudPC.
    4. Select the billing model, region, network option, operating system, and resources.
    5. Review the order and wait for provisioning to complete. [3]

BitCloudPC’s configuration guide recommends 4 vCPU and 8 GB RAM for general business workloads. Treat that as a starting configuration to evaluate with your actual browser tabs, spreadsheets, and other software. It is not a Wildberries performance benchmark. [4]

Choose storage based on the files you expect to keep, especially product media and exported reports. Use a supported Windows version that works with your software and maintain its security updates.

Once the instance is running, use Open to access it. Confirm that its selected network connection works before starting seller registration. [5]

Install only the applications needed for the business. Add the official seller portal as a bookmark, create separate folders for listings, inventory, finance, and support, and put the store’s name in a visible place on the desktop. Disable personal browser synchronization if it would import unrelated sessions or client data.

Step 3 Select a network option deliberately

BitCloudPC documents datacenter, residential, and custom network options. Its None or Custom option requires you to configure your own proxy before internet access is available; a datacenter IP is provided when that option is selected. Check the current purchase screen for availability. [4]

Choose the connection according to legitimate business needs, availability, and access requirements. The server’s location does not change the company’s registration country or establish eligibility to sell.

Maintain a documented configuration so staff know which connection belongs to each workspace. Avoid changing it casually during routine work, because unnecessary changes complicate troubleshooting.

If a connection fails, investigate the network or contact support. Do not treat moving through multiple IP addresses as an account-recovery process. Wildberries may require verification regardless of the network option selected.

Step 4 Register or connect the correct seller business

Open the official WB Partners portal from the assigned workspace.

For a new eligible business, follow the current onboarding instructions. Wildberries’ registration guide says to use the business owner’s regularly used phone number, select the country where the business is registered, and provide the required business and tax details. Complete the verification, email confirmation, and payment steps applicable to that registration. [6]

Review the legal name and payment details before submitting. Keep copies of registration records and confirmations in the correct business folder, with access limited to the people who need them.

For an existing client store, the owner should invite the operator through Wildberries’ user-management controls. There is no need to create a replacement seller account just to give an employee a workspace. [7]

After the first login, verify the seller name displayed in the portal. Repeat this check before uploading a catalog or editing prices: the CloudPC label helps orientation, but the active seller shown by Wildberries is the account on which the action will take effect.

Step 5 Configure staff access at both levels

CloudPC access and Wildberries permissions serve different purposes. Someone who can enter a remote desktop may be able to use any seller session left open there. Restricting the cloud account alone therefore does not replace configuring the operator’s Wildberries permissions.

Wildberries supports owner-created user invitations and access settings for portal sections. Its documentation also states that a role label is only a label: calling someone a manager does not itself set their permissions. Configure the actual access controls. [7]

A practical division of responsibilities is:

    • Catalog staff receive the access required for approved listing work.
    • Order operators receive the access required for orders and stock tasks.
    • Finance staff receive the relevant reporting permissions.
    • The owner retains sensitive account administration and approves major changes.

Adapt this division to the permissions Wildberries currently offers. Review access after staffing changes, and remove departing workers from both systems. Avoid leaving the owner’s authenticated session in a workspace used by routine operators.

Step 6 Protect authentication and recovery

Enable Wildberries’ two-factor authentication. Its security guide describes an additional email verification code alongside the initial phone or app code. Keep access to that email account protected and available to the appropriate person. [8]

Use a password manager for the cloud service and other accounts that require passwords. Protect the laptop or desktop used to connect to BitCloudPC as well: a remote workspace still depends on the security of the person and device accessing it.

Wildberries’ Security section allows users to review and end active sessions. Include that review in your regular access checks, particularly after staff departures or unexpected sign-in activity. [7]

Before a recovery problem occurs, document who can contact platform support and where the business’s registration records are stored. If suspicious access appears, end affected sessions, remove unauthorized users, review sensitive changes, and use the official recovery process.

Step 7 Follow a repeatable daily operating routine

Separate workspaces become useful when the team uses them consistently. Begin each session by confirming the workspace, active seller, and day’s approved tasks.

Before a bulk upload, confirm that the file belongs to the business shown in the portal. Identify it through the filename and working folder, while preserving Wildberries’ required upload-template structure. Use filenames such as ClientA_Prices_2026-10-31.xlsx, and keep different stores’ inventory exports in separate folders.

For price changes, first review a small sample and compare it with the approved price list. Check the upload result before applying the same process to a larger batch. For significant changes, have another authorized person review the proposed file.

At the end of the session, record completed work, unresolved issues, and any change that another operator needs to know about. Avoid simultaneous edits to the same products unless the team has agreed on who controls each task.

These procedures are recommendations for reducing operational errors. They do not depend on hiding the relationship between businesses.

Step 8 Use the official API for automated integrations

If you need software to synchronize stock, update prices, or retrieve reports automatically, plan the integration around the official WB API. Clause 9.9.6 of Wildberries’ portal rules restricts automatic integration of third-party software with the portal to its public API. [9]

For each seller, use the appropriate authorized integration and only the access it needs. The official API documentation supports selecting categories and choosing read-only access where suitable. Keep credentials for different businesses separate and store them securely. [10]

Start with a limited test, verify the target seller, and inspect the result before enabling larger updates. Design the integration to respect documented request limits and record failures without repeatedly submitting an uncertain change.

BitCloudPC can be the operator’s environment for configuring or monitoring this work. Its ability to run software does not alter Wildberries’ integration rules.

Step 9 Plan backups maintenance and costs

Keep important business files in an approved backup location outside the individual CloudPC. Include product assets, approved price lists, inventory records, financial exports, and operating instructions. Check that a sample file can actually be restored.

Understand the difference between closing a connection, shutting down a computer, reinstalling it, and releasing it. BitCloudPC documents that reinstallation changes the system environment, while releasing an instance permanently deletes its data. Back up what you need before either operation and plan how users will sign in again. [3]

Review the complete cost of the setup, including computing resources, storage, networking, and additional software. BitCloudPC advertises stopping compute charges after shutdown under its separated billing model; check the chosen plan for charges that continue while the instance is stopped. [1]

Schedule maintenance outside critical operating periods and keep a fallback procedure for accessing essential reports or contacting support if the cloud environment is unavailable.

Build the setup around clear ownership

Safely managing multiple Wildberries accounts starts with eligible businesses, accurate registration, individual staff authorization, and a reliable recovery process. BitCloudPC can support that structure by giving teams organized environments for their daily work.

Begin with one authorized store, establish its access controls and operating routine, and then apply the same process to additional eligible businesses. With clearly named workspaces, verified seller selection, controlled permissions, and tested backups, BitCloudPC can become a practical part of a more consistent Wildberries operation.
